In order to realise this, they needed to improve collaboration across business functions, retail stores, key partnerships and associations. They also had a focus to replace an existing telephony infrastructure that was increasingly costly to maintain and having a negative impact on business performance.** ##### Solution As their technology partner, Resonate delivered a collaboration solution that supports the fundamental requirements of the business but also provides a platform for innovation and smarter working. #### Results Our customer now benefits from Instant Messaging, Presence, Peer to Peer, Enterprise Voice and Federation technologies. We managed a seamless transition to Skype for Business with all business objectives either met or exceeded and zero impact to the running of the business. The solution has transformed their business and enabled employees to embrace real time contextual collaboration.
